At IkkatTime, we take pride in delivering quality handloom products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

No Return / No Exchange Policy
All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including dislike of color, pattern variation, or change of mind.

In Case of Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, we require the following to process any resolution:

A 360-degree unboxing video showing the parcel being opened clearly from all sides.

The video must also show the damaged area of the product clearly.

This video proof must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notes
Without the complete unboxing video, we will not be able to verify the claim and cannot offer any resolution.

Minor weaving irregularities, slight color differences, or thread pulls are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered damage.
